Terms of Use

The rules for using aftergroup.org, your Aftergroup account, Afterbook, Aftermenu and Aftercash.

Last updated: 11 October 2026На български

1. Who we are

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and АФТЪРГРУП ЕООД (Aftergroup Ltd.), UIC 203675688, registered office: Sofia, Bulgaria, 251A Sveti Kiprian St., entrance 1, floor 1 ("Aftergroup", "we", "us"). You can reach us at privacy@aftergroup.org.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to aftergroup.org, to the Aftergroup account you sign in with at auth.aftergroup.org, and to our products Afterbook (reservations and guest lists), Aftermenu (digital menus) and Aftercash (financial reporting), including the sites they run on, such as afterbook.bg, aftermenu.com, aftercash.bg and the venue sites on their subdomains (together, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services you accept these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you may bind that business, and "you" includes it.

3. Businesses and their guests

Afterbook, Aftermenu and Aftercash are tools we provide to venues and other businesses ("Business Customers"). When you book a table, join a guest list, pay a deposit or read a menu on a venue's page, your agreement for that booking or purchase is with the venue, not with us. The venue sets its own prices, deposit, cancellation and entry rules, and is responsible for them.

A Business Customer's subscription, fees, payment terms and any service levels are set in its order or contract with us. Where that contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.

4. Your account

  • You can create an account with your email or with Google, Apple or Facebook. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in secure and do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away at privacy@aftergroup.org if you think it has been misused.
  • One account is for one person. Businesses add their staff as separate users.
  • You can delete your account at any time. See Data Deletion.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • break the law, or use the Services to deceive, harass or harm anyone;
  • upload content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful;
  • try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours, probe or disrupt the Services, or get around their limits or security;
  • copy, scrape or resell the Services, or build a competing product from them, except as the law allows;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages through the Services.

6. Content

Business Customers keep all rights in the content and data they put into the Services, such as menus, events, prices, reservations and reports. They give us a licence to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the Services. Business Customers are responsible for having the right to use that content, and for informing their guests and staff about how their data is used.

The Services themselves, including our software, design and brands, belong to Aftergroup. These terms give you the right to use them, not to own them.

7. Third-party services

The Services work with services run by others, such as Google, Apple and Facebook sign-in, Stripe payments and Viber, SMS or WhatsApp messages. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they are provided as they are and as available, and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or improve features. If a change materially reduces what a Business Customer pays for, we will tell it in advance.

9. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers.

Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, revenue or data, and our total liability to a Business Customer under these terms is limited to the fees it paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will give notice on this page and, where we have your email, by email, before they take effect.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
